Daddy and mummy is putting me on training to sleep on my own. They use this method where I will have to cry *sobs*.
Today, after reading me my bedtime story, they put me into the cot. It took me 1hr to get to sleep. I cried the whole time.
I managed to sleep through the night only waking up once in the middle of the night compared to the previous night. :)
More tomorrow.
