To the Doctor

Mummy brought me to the docotor aunty again. This time to get my injection, MMR, which the doctor aunty say that I might get fever within 10 days of the injection. God please help me not get any fever.

After getting injected, mummy brought me to Faith Jiejie's house to play. So fun. So many toys. :p

Letter from Mummy

Dear Netanya
Time seem to have just whizzed by like that when I see you grow. Now that you are wanting to be more independent and know how to negotiate with us, it seems like you are such a big girl already. Although at times, you still may not know what you say or indicate exactly, but I'm sure God is still giving you the wisdom and knowledge of what is going on around you.

Sometimes, you still are stubborn and still want things your way though it may not be the best. Although you make mummy and daddy frustrated sometimes with your not wanting to finish your milk and food, its always a challenge. Those times when you are scolded, those times when you were being spanked, it hurts my heart as I did those things. Help mummy to be more patient ok?

At 15 months, may God continue to grow you and give you wisdom and protect you from all kinds of diseases and illnesses. Stay happy and joyful always. :)

I'm 15 months old

Today I turn 15 months.

Here's a list of things I can/like to do:
- walk a whole lot more
- say many more words
- becoming more independent and would like that to continue
- show you how I smile-laugh-cry if you ask me
- drink water from a small cup
- make more animal sounds
- recognize more pictures
- look at my pictures from my last holiday while eating

Jungle Gym

Daddy and mummy decided to bring me to this place in Kallang Leisure Park (not a park with grass and flowers but a mall. hee) where there's a jungle gym. It's a branch from Go Go Bambini. Forgot what it is called. But I only need to pay $8 and I get unlimited hours of play there. Daddy and mummy goes in for free. Here's some stuff I did at the place. :)

Exercise Part 2

Today is my final day at the baby gym. There were much more babies compared to the last time I went and I was more familiar with the place and how the class would be held. This time round, we had two aunties who conducted the class. This was what I did in the class:

- welcome song

- stretching exercises

- bubble time (my favourite)

- walking on planks ( I don't like)

- playing on rockers and push cars

- swinging

- exploring a cloth like material

- playing with balls

- packing up

- goodbye song

And as usual, I will never fail to run/crawl away from the circle to find my favourite slide. :p

Little Neuro Tree

Mummy managed to sign me up for free in this school. Today is my last lesson. Actually it is a postponed lesson cos I was sick a couple of weeks ago. This school teaches me English, Chinese and Japanese. This is what I would do in a typical school session:

- welcome song
- greet the teacher
- learn about the weather, date, day and year
- sing some songs together with picture cards
- flash cards
- memory game
- matching game
- counting
- sing another song or two
- learn about body parts
- goodbye song

Its quite fun though I only attended 3 times. The 1st time was abit strange to me but on the 2nd and third time, I sort of know what to expect and was demanding the music to be played on the player cos I love to sing and dance along.

I don't think Mummy will sign me up for this as it is too classroom feel. All the time I had to sit on a chair and have a desk infront of me as the teacher talks and sings.

Big Round Wheel

Mummy's friend who lives, Aunty ML, Uncle A, Gabrielle Jiejie & Joely meimei, in Canada has come back for a short holiday. And since they were having a chalet at Costa Sands Resort, partly to celebrate Joely meimei's 1st birthday, we decided to go and pay them a visit.

So after lunch was fed to me, we headed out to Downtown East for the adults to have their lunch. There after, we sat on this big wheel and I had fun. Didn't take too many pictures cos mummy forgot to take the camera out before we went on the wheel.

Exercise

Mummy signed me up for a gym class from JWT-Kids. Daddy got a 1-for-1 voucher from one of the credit card company and they decided to let me try.


What we did in class:
- welcome song

- ride on cars

I was quite distracted by the big slide and keep wanting to climb up the stairs of the slide and then slide down. Mummy let me climb up and slide down twice. I climbed on my own with mummy holding on to me. So much for a toddler who needs support to walk.

Dady and mummy don't have an idea what that means but I just love saying it. :p

Mummy taught me call to call her. For now, whenever I call her, it would be..........

"Ma-Ni"

Therefore, Mummy = Money. hahahahaha

Dim Sum at Mandarin Hotel

Mummy brought me out for lunch today after church while daddy had meeting. We went to Mandarin Hotel with Aunty J and her mummy. Nice place to be at. I ate some dim sum and had fish maw and yam. Aunty J lent me her hair clip. Too heavy for my head but looks nice.
