Woke up at about 845am, had my milk (the water tastes funny. Daddy says its spring water), and finished in time to see how baby cows finish their own bottle of milk. Also had a chance to see the horses, sheep, goat and kangaroo being fed.
We then made our way to a town called Walpole. Mummy had a giant burger with a knife stuck in the middle of it. Daddy had fish and chips (if you are following the blog, do a count on the number of fish and chips daddy had. hee).
After lunch, it started raining but we still made our way to the Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk in Denmark, to see some really BIGGGG trees. We walked the tree top walk and the highest point I was at was 40m. That was how tall some of the trees were and some were slightly taller still. You can imagine the base of the trees.
Then there was this weird tree that had a hole in the base where shelters were formed. They are known as the Red Tingle Wood Tree. Seems like people in the past used to live in these shelters.
Trees, rain, cool weather made me sleepy and I slept while Daddy drove again to a herb farm. Known as the Thurlby Herb Farm. I was still sleeping when we reached. Daddy and Mummy had some tea and a carrot cake while I slept.
In the night, it was so cold cos of the rain earlier, Daddy had to build a fireplace in our chalet. His first fireplace. It became warm again. That's the 2nd day.
